NYFW MAC FACE CHARTS:

DESIGUAL, OHNE TITEL, TADASHI SHOJI

NYFW may be over, but it's still fashion month, with the show wrapping up in London and continuing onto Milan and Paris. I had the pleasure of attending a few fashion show for MAC Cosmetics, covering backstage beauty and can't wait to share my backstage bliss with you: first looks and fun moments. I'll start with day-by-day MAC face charts:

  • Sparkledust Studio Nail Lacquer applied with a dry-brush technique.
  • Nocturnelle Studio Nail Lacquer and Vestral White Nail Lacquer applied with a "Spun Sugar" effect in mind, to create texture and dimension over nails.
OHNE TITEL

MAC lead make-up artist KABUKI: "It is a nod to the 60's girl and was inspired by the textures and lines of the collection."

FACE
  • Matchmaster SPF 15 Foundation chosen in a slightly brighter shade and softly brushed onto the skin with the 217 Blending Brush and diffused with a MAC Pro Performance Sponge.
EYES:
  • Prep+Prime Bright Forecast Highlighter applied under the eye and over the orbital bone with a brush to create a perfecting wash of color around the eye.
  • MAC Pro Black Black and Pure White Chromacakes mixed together for a custom grey and applied through the lower line of the eyebrow, with the 210 Precise Eye Liner Brush.
  • Quite Natural Pro Longwear Paint Pot applied as a liner to the outside of the lower lash line with the 210 Precise Eye Liner Brush.
  • Caviar Beads were glued over the liner for added dimension to finish.
LIPS: Face and Body Foundation pressed onto the lips for a subtle nude.

TADASHI SHOJI
