Inspiration: "Miley's look tonight was all about glitter, shine and neon to complement her Schiaparelli outfit. The eye has a sweep of M∙A∙C Cosmetics Glitter in Gold at the lash line for added affect. We coated the lashes with M∙A∙C Cosmetics Haute & Naughty Lash mascara. The lip is pure Miley! We used M∙A∙C Cosmetics Lasting Sensation lip pencil, along with lipsticks in Neon Orange, Morange and topped with Lipmix in Orange.”
