Fall is finally here and as much as I love this colorful, crisp and cozy season, I cannot properly let go of summer, without a recap of the amazing VIP summer event I attended with my good friends: Women's Health Magazine. It began on a (very) early Saturday morning, on a bus filled with editors and bloggers, all headed to the Hamptons for an all-day, two-part, fun-filled event: the Women's Health First Annual "Well-thy" Home and annual "Party Under the Stars!" I took a TON of pictures, so get ready to enjoy my collection of GIFS!

Women’s Health VP/Publisher Laura Frerer-Schmidt’s invited us into her newly constructed Montauk home, for the daytime wellness event - WELL-THY HOUSE - in partnership with Domino Magazine and the Feed Foundation. The first event featured top experts leading home and garden workshops, workouts, cooking demos and nutrition consultations. We jumped right into yoga as soon as we arrived and I was excited as this class was led by Mandy Ingber (Jennifer Aniston's fave instructor.) Not to mention that the view from our rooftop yoga session was absolutely breathtaking!

Get the runway look at home with TRESemmé

Step 1: Start by washing your hair using Perfectly (un)Done Weightless Moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and rough dry.

Step 2: Create a deep side part. Layer Make Waves Shaping Gel, then Make Waves Shine Enhancing Cream, onto a 2 inch wide section of hair, twist and secure in a bun with a hair pin. Start with one row of buns at the base of the neck and then create a second row around the crown and forehead until all hair is secured.

Step 3: Use a hair dryer to dry each twisted bun, or leave to air dry. When dry, unravel each bun, pulling apart the hair twists as you unravel.

Step 4:
