FLAGSHIP STORE IN UNION SQUARE

NYX Cosmetics Flagship Store - Union Square!

Not even a downpour Thursday night could keep top beauty mavens and influencers, from attending the grand opening party of NYX Professional Makeup in Union Square (41 Union Square W, corner of E 17th), myself included. See, I attended the NYX opening in Kings Plaza, this past spring, but unless you live in Brooklyn, trekking to that location is a but much. Opening a flagship store conveniently located in Union Square, was definitely a smart move, especially where you can find over 2,000 products in every color and shade from the NYX (pronounced "nicks", many have asked) collection. The store officially opened yesterday, October 28th and the line wrapped around the block long before doors opened (check out #NYXCosmeticsUSQ on social media and see the pictures for yourself.)

Naturally, I took the liberty of enjoying the photo booth (when don't I?), hit up the Dylan's Candy Bar self-serve stand, had a pretty amazing lip reading - pucker up and kiss a card, reader reads your lip print to describe you - and picked up a few of the NYX Lip Lingerie (liquid lipstick, my fave shade is Exotic, a warm mahogany red.) Creamy, long-lasting and won't dry my lips.
