Last week, I had the absolute delight of joining "make-up's best friend" aka beautyblender, in the company of founder Rea Ann Silva and 90’s artist, actress and star of new show ‘Zoe Ever After' Brandy Norwood! I was on hand to preview the new Liner Designer - a revolutionary tool to help conquer the cat eye - and other upcoming spring 2016 launches.

I may  not rock cat-eye liner much (mainly because I can never get both eyes to be even), but I do know that using tape on such a delicate area of your face can't be good (hello, adhesive plus the yanking motion? Recipe for wrinkles and sagging...no bueno!) Introducing, beautyblender's game changing eyeliner application tool: liner.designer ($16, available March 2016). 

What is it? liner.designer is a flexible (silicone) triple-edged eyeliner guide that acts as your steady hand, perfect for use with eyeliners, pencils, pens, gel creams, liquid and powder. It's REUSABLE, has a suction cup on the back (you can stick it anywhere for hands-free application) AND it has a built-in  mirror. It doesn't get any better than that if you ask me! I was given a personalized compact with my initials "el".

ICYMI, I also attended another event with beautyblender last summer, where I previewed the body.blender, yet another amazing make-up tool, for streak-free blending of self-tanning lotions, bronzers and more (perfect for covering up tattoos for the office!) 

So how was the beautyblender event? Brandy was such a treat to be around. She was super cool, down-to-Earth and her joy was contagious - Brandy was singing and jamming to the music (even when Frozen's "Let it go" came on). Bottom line: great time.
