FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – July 30, 2015 (New York, NY) – Revlon announced today the second phase of its new philanthropic platform designed to have a greater impact on women’s health initiatives with the Revlon LOVE IS ON Million Dollar Challenge. The Revlon LOVE IS ON Million Dollar Challenge is inviting charities dedicated to three leading health issues facing women today -- women’s cancers, heart disease, and diabetes -- to participate in an online fundraising challenge. The charity that raises the most donations for their cause over the course of six weeks will win an additional $1 million donation from Revlon. While the challenge will kick-off on September 21, 2015, the application for charity entrants goes live today.

To host this fund-raising challenge, Revlon is partnering with CrowdRise, the leading site for charitable crowdfunding. The Revlon LOVE IS ON Million Dollar Challenge is the biggest challenge award in CrowdRise’s history.

“It is Revlon’s mission to inspire positivity and love. With this challenge, we want to encourage the public to show their love for these critical women’s health initiatives that have a direct impact on women’s lives,” said Lorenzo Delpani, CEO of Revlon. “We hope this challenge will not only ignite the passion that the public has for their favorite causes, but empower a diverse group of non-profits that are making a real difference in women’s lives,” added Delpani.

“We are excited to enter this innovative, new realm of fundraising,” said Victoria Ashley, Head of Global Public Relations for Revlon. “CrowdRise’s reputation for being the leader in this modern philanthropic space made them the perfect choice to help us expand our charitable reach.”

Eligibility
Starting today through October 5, charities dedicated to the selected causes can complete an online application at https://www.crowdrise.com/revlonchallenge for a chance to compete. The participating charities will be announced on a rolling basis.

It's never a dull day whenever I receive a package from Burt's Bees and these past three years, they never cease to amaze me. This amazing brand has you covered head-to-toe: skin care, baby products (ICYMI, check out my #BabyBees recap here), but most importantly lip balms ($3.30 - $4.00.) I was thrilled with this amazing assortment - I didn't know they had so many to choose from! I get that it takes a lot of lip balm to keep this plump pout ready for puckering, so I'll get to sampling! I simply can't get enough of Burt's Bees natural and Earth-friendly goodies and I'm not a stranger to the brand. They sure know how to take care of us, always making sure we're covered.

First, I applied Redken’s Diamond Oil Shatterproof Shine to the hair, concentrating on the ends and the fluffy hairs around the hairline to give the hair an almost sweaty look. Then, I gathered the hair into a ponytail, twisting it into a loose unstructured, arrogant topknot.
